Position Overview



We are seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving

new business opportunities, expanding partnerships, and managing key relationships within the gaming, entertainment, tech, and Web3

industries.

You will leverage your deep industry connections, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to meet and exceed revenue targets

while growing our footprint globally.


Key Responsibilities



  • Business Development & Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and refine strategic sales plans to achieve measurable revenue and profit goals. Identify market trends.
  • Partnership & Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; negotiate and close high-value contracts.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage an active pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with marketing, product, and account management teams to deliver seamless campaigns.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent GameInfluencer GmbH at events and conferences.



Qualifications & Experience



  • 5+ years of sales/business development experience in the gaming, entertainment, tech, or Web3 industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Established network of industry contacts (game publishers, platforms, developers, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to refine sales strategies.
