We are looking for a full-time employee for our client in Munich for direct placement. Customer Service Representative (w/m/d) Ihre Vorteile: Permanent employment contract in a dynamic company Company pension scheme, travel expenses, accident insurance Direct placement with the client 30 days of vacation, on-site cafeteria, thorough onboarding, and convenient transport links Good transport links, thorough onboarding, development opportunities Trusting collaboration, personal contact, fairness, collegiality, respect, and mutual support Dies werden Ihre Aufgaben sein: Customer order/ forecast entry and open order/backlog maintenance (review, analyse and expedite backlog Stock checks and security stock monitoring / maintenance Identify, internally escalate and solve any potential delivery problem Proactive follow up with customers on purchase orders Be key interface between customer and factory planning organization to ensure optimal product supply and logistic service performance for the customer Liaise with customer through all steps of the logistic process Customer claim coordination Ihre Qualifikation: English: Fluent (written & spoken) German: Good working level (written & spoken) Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills Pragmatic & accountable work style combined with good analytic skills and attention to detail Willing to work according to set procedures Strive for ownership & task conclusion Good communication skills & good team worker; self-motivated with autonomous work-style fluency with Excel and experience with data entry and data maintenance in MRP systems ideally Oracle Business Diploma/College degree (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) or equivalent in e.g. import/export management Ideally minimum 2 years experience in customer service, inside sales or import/export management, if possible in a similar market environment (electronic component manufacturer or distributor) Interested?
