Our customer is leading the industrial revolution of laser communications by producing optical communications terminals for air, space and mobile applications and we are looking for him for a few Production Technician (gn). Your benefits in the new job: Permanent employment contract Hourly wage at least 19 € depending on qualifications Day shift work (flexitime) Varied areas of responsibility What awaits you: Execute serial production while ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards Follow instructions from Lead Senior and Shopfloor Manager to maintain an efficient workflow Support new product introductions and assist with assigned maintenance activities Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a structured work environment using 5S standards Understand and follow work instructions, providing feedback for continuous improvement Identify and report non-conformances (NC) in production processes using MES Use basic Office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication What you bring with you: English language proficiency (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively within the team Ability to adapt to quick changes and work in a dynamic production environment Strong understanding of safety protocols and manufacturing processes Experience with mechanical/opto-mechanical systems or manual soldering (IPC-610) Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn, teach, and support others Interessiert?
