- Our client, a distinguished credit, leasing, payment, insurance
provider in Germany, is seeking a highly proficient and committed
Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d). This position offers a unique
opportunity to lead new client acquisition initiatives across Germany,
focusing on the end-to-end acquisition and onboarding of new clients
onto their platform. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team
in an environment that promotes growth and rewards innovative

German eServices sector High-level accountability for budget
management within your designated area Frequent travel opportunities
at around 30% What you'll do: As an Regional Sales Manager, you will
be pivotal in securing new clients from sectors such as banking,
financial institutions, and automotive captive. Your responsibilities
will include designing engaging presentations and reports,
facilitating contract negotiations, and conducting market analysis for
the DACH region. You will also be tasked with enhancing our product
and service portfolio while collaborating closely with internal
stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee budget management within
your domain. This role involves frequent travel and requires a high
level of dedication. Acquire new B2B/B2B2C clients in banking &
financial institutions, automotive captive, and other sectors
requiring payment default insurances Develop persuasive presentations,
reports, and tender responses Facilitate contract and framework
contract negotiations Conduct market observation and analysis for the
DACH region Further develop our product and service portfolio
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders during coordination
processes Manage the budget within your domain What you bring: The
ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or MBA degree in Business
Management or a related field. You should have experience in acquiring
and managing major clients, along with a robust network in the banking
sector or among companies needing payment default insurances. A
profound understanding of the financial and insurance industries is
essential. We value entrepreneurial thinking, awareness of economic
trends, initiative, analytical skills, organizational talent, strong
communication skills, and fluency in English. Your ability to
collaborate effectively within a team will be crucial to our
collective success. Degree (Bachelor/MBA) in Business Management or a
comparable field At least 5 years of working experience in acquiring
and supporting major clients Robust network in banking, payment
providers, or other relevant sectors Deep understanding of the
financial and insurance industries and their end customers A proactive
attitude and genuine passion are essential qualities Awareness of
economic trends, and proven success in business development
Initiative, analytical skills, and organizational talent Communication
skills and confident demeanor, including proficiency in English and
German Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative working style that
contributes to shared success
