Stellenbeschreibung: Are you looking for a new challenge as Working Student in Data Analyics? Do you enjoy structuring complex issues, digging through databases, developing the perfect code to extract your data and draw logical conclusions from it? You are not only interested in analyzing data, but also in deriving recommendations for action and discussing them with our internal business partners? Then you should join our team of around 15 data experts and help make XING a "data-driven company”. Our team consists of dedicated international analysts who, in close collaboration with product managers, want to better understand the behavior of our users, test product variants, define and monitor KPIs and predict developments. #xingjob Your tasks: Support our team in daily operational tasks as well as take ownership of your own projects Assist business teams in navigating and improving business decisions through data-driven insights Design, create, and maintain dashboards using Tableau to visualize data and track KPIs Independently execute database queries, analyze data, and interpret the results Ensure data quality and consistency by checking, cleaning, and validating datasets Document processes and findings in a clear and structured way for team knowledge sharing Your skills: Ongoing master studies in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related fields First practical experience with visualization tool e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc. Experience with SQL coding and working with relational databases Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams Proactive, independent, and structured way of working Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus Experience with Snowflake or DBT is a valuable asset Your benefits Health consulting services Sports classes Summer and Christmas parties Drinks, food & goodies Bike leasing Trust-based working hours Magazines from the Burda publishing house Communication on equal terms Transparent, competitive salary Bring your dog to the office Your contact person You still got questions about the job.
