Tasks: Operations: - Analyze and optimize Industrial Processes (Focus on Assembly Processes) - Perform basic RC/NRC(Recurring Costs/Non Recurring Costs) assessments for industrial changes and improvements. - Define robust Build Concepts. - Apply System Engineering principles to manage industrial interfaces. - Liaise between Design and Production Customer service and relationship: - Entrepreneurial thinking and action - Ability to convince and take initiative - Communication and presentation skills - Team-ability and interpersonal skills Compliance: - Act as Guardian of the temple with regard to compliance, P2P standard process and business rules: - ensure that all compliance and internal control related topics are followed by using the correct procedures when processing documents - Be alert to fraud attempts and promote compliance amongst internal and external stakeholders Continuous improvement and projects / tools: - Support continuous improvement opportunities and solution implementation, working with colleagues, customers, suppliers, to solve issues and roll-out improvements - Actively participate to trans-functional /trans-national projects and tools supporting the P2P process Skills: A Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: - Aerospace Engineering - Engineering - Aeronautical Engineering - Mechanical Engineering - Composite Materials - Industrial Engineering - Team player with excellent communication skills - Basic knowledge of project management Our offer: - An unterminated employment contract - A far above-tariff remuneration - An interesting job that corresponds to your qualifications Application process: If you want to apply directly, please send us your CV by e-mail or via the online application offered.
