- We're an independent strategic investment advisory and management
firm. BSTN Ventures works closely with investors and entrepreneurs on
a wide range of projects, including sourcing to executing of private
market transactions as well as management of investment portfolios.
Our current portfolio is diverse, covering various sectors and asset
classes, throughout Europe and Southeast Asia. We are seeking a highly
organized ard proactive (Virtual) Assistant with the highest degree of
integrity ard trustworthiness to provide comprehensive admiristrative
ard operational support. The ideal cardidate will be a master of
organization, an excellent communicator, ard someore who can
anticipate needs ard manage tasks with precision. You will be a
correrstore of our operations, ensuring that administrative processes
run smoothly and efficiently. Tasks Task Management: Proactively
identify tasks from various sources (e.g., emails, calls) and
carefully track and manage them using tools like Microsoft Planner.
Email and Contact Management: Efficiently manage and organize inboxes
and contact lists to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
Execution Tasks: Handle a variety of logistical tasks, including
travel planning, booking flights and accommodations, and managing
invoices. Document Management: Carefully file and organize documents
within our SharePoint system to ensure all files are easily accessible
and logically structured. Research: Conduct thorough research on
various topics to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Working
Hours: This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours.
However, the ideal candidate should be able to adjust their schedule
to German business hours to accommodate occasional calls and meetings.
Requirements Advanced Office Suite skills: Proficient in Microsoft
Excel, Word and Powerpoint Outlook expertise: Comprehensive knowledge
of Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management Meticulous
documentation: Excellent documentation and file management skills with
a solid understanding of best practices for digital document storage
and organization in OnDrive/SharePoint Productivity: Proficient in
using tools like Gemini and GPT to improve productivity and efficiency
Language skills: Fluent in German (required) Integrity: Proven ability
to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and
