Redefine Workflows: Further develop our successful post-production workflow involving a wide range of collaborators e.g. editors, motion designers, and sound engineers. Refine schedules, manage resources, and keep everyone – from the team to outside stakeholders – in the loop Inspire Growth: Mentor junior editors, share your expertise, and foster a collaborative environment where creativity and efficiency thrive Experienced Creator: You’ve spent several years mastering the art of video editing in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Agency or in-house experience is a plus. Your portfolio should showcase your best work and the role you held within each project. Organization Extraordinaire: Deadlines? Multiple projects? Tight schedules? You handle it all with precision and a cool head, constantly looking for ways to improve processes. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Asana is a plus. Independent Innovator: Confident working independently, you know when to take initiative and when to seek input. You’re agile in adapting to new challenges and resourceful in finding solutions. Industry-Savvy Visionary: You keep a finger on the pulse of video trends, storytelling techniques, and strategies that resonate with audiences. Tech Wizard: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential. Bonus points for experience with DaVinci Resolve, sound mixing, and mastering. Bilingual Pro: Fluency in English is essential and a strong command of German will help you to stand out. Additional languages like Spanish, Italian, or French are a plus.
