with some of the most innovative names in digital retail. About the VP
Sales role We’re hiring a Vice President of Sales to architect,
lead, and scale our revenue organization as we enter our next stage of
growth. This is a critical, high-impact leadership role reporting
directly to the commercial leadership team and working closely with
our Founders, Chris, Wlad, Alex, and Jan. You’ll own go-to-market
strategy and execution, build and lead the sales team, and play a
pivotal role in shaping our processes, culture, and customer success.
We’re looking for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, loves building
from scratch, and has successfully led and scaled sales teams in
early-stage startups. Tasks Your impact and tasks Lead and scale our
sales organization, hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing
team Define and execute our go-to-market strategy, sales processes,
pricing, and territory plans Own revenue forecasting, reporting, and
pipeline management for transparency and predictability Collaborate
directly with founders to refine sales strategy and product-market fit
Work with marketing to develop demand generation strategies and
targeted campaigns Partner with product teams to ensure customer
feedback informs roadmap priorities Personally engage in strategic
enterprise deals as needed to drive key wins Help establish scalable
playbooks, tooling, and metrics for the sales organization Represent
the voice of the customer internally and be a trusted partner to
prospects and clients alike Requirements About you You bring 8+ years
of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3+ years in sales
leadership roles, ideally at early-stage startups Proven track record
of building and scaling sales teams and processes from the ground up
Deep familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce Fluent in
English at a native/bilingual level You’re naturally curious and
thoughtful, and you take the time to understand customers' businesses
and tailor your approach Excellent communicator who knows how to
navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders You have
strong indicators of past excellence - whether in your career,
academics, side projects, or sports Strong plus: Experience selling
