We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus
Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the
position "Value Stream Costs Manager" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:
- SA VSM focal point for management of Airbus Atlantic (AA)
- Selection, validation and arbitration of relevant and priority
topics
- Ensuring stable link with AA and the right level of exchange,
transparency and visibility in terms of cost performance
- Linking with other stakeholders and functions impacted by AA like
Engineering, DDMS (Digital Design and Manufacturing Systems), SA
Program
- Driving the quarterly reviews (and what is behind in terms of
preparation, stakeholder engagement, pre-decisions, dry-runs)
- Management of Purchase Orders (set-up, decision making,
arbitration, launch) based on governance
- Collaboration with other teams for all relevant topics impacting
Airbus cost
- Updating light contract and Recurring Prices (when needed and based
on governance)
- Ensuring lean and efficient management of relation with AA with
continuous improvements
- Continuous support to projects (Recurring Costs reduction,
Industrial Performance, Rate-Flow, Process Methods and Tools)
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business
Administration, supply chain or a comparable qualification
- More than 4 years of professional experience in the field of
procurement
- More than three years of professional experience in the field of
Finance
- More than two years of professional experience in the field
of Supplier management and contract management
- Basic knowledge of Lean Management and Process Management
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Fluent in English and French
- German and Spanish are an advantage
- Willingness to travel: 2-3 times a year (especially to Toulouse, St
Nazaire, and Broughton/Filton)
