Manager – Poland, Baltic & Nordic Region . We are also hiring for a
Sales Manager position in the DACH region . Responsibilities
Responsible for sales and business development of the company’s
utility-scale energy storage products in Poland, the Baltic states
(Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia), and the Nordic countries (Finland,
Sweden, Denmark, Norway). Gain an in-depth understanding of local
power markets, grid policies, and energy project development processes
to identify, develop, and secure BESS (Battery Energy Storage System)
business opportunities. Maintain and expand relationships with key
customers in the region, including EPCs, project developers,
utilities, and distributors. Lead project commercial negotiations,
tender processes, and contract signing. Collaborate with the
headquarters’ solutions team to develop sales strategies and achieve
sales targets. Monitor competitors and market trends, providing market
insights and strategic recommendations for the region. Support
customer communication and after-sales coordination during project
execution. Location Poland or major Nordic cities (remote work
possible). Profile Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in
Electrical Engineering, Energy, International Trade, or related
fields. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in large-scale utility
energy storage (BESS) or renewable energy; must have actual bidding
experience for utility BESS projects and successful experience in
contract signing and project delivery. Established sales network or
customer resources in Poland, the Baltic region, or Nordic countries.
Familiar with local energy policies, power market mechanisms, and
project development procedures. Fluent in English with strong business
communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Self-driven, capable of independently developing new markets, and
willing to travel internationally. Chinese language ability is a
