Stellenbeschreibung: Intro The One Adventure is an Austria-based adventure travel company connecting the GCC and DACH markets with premium outdoor and cultural experiences. We combine luxury, community, and adventure to create unforgettable journeys. The Role We are seeking a licensed Travel Agency Manager (Reisebüroleiter) to serve as the official Konzessionsträger for our Austrian operations. This is an entry-level, part-time onsite position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role . You will ensure compliance with Austrian travel regulations while supporting our team in building premium travel products and delivering a seamless booking experience for our clients. Tasks Act as the official license holder for our Austrian travel agency Ensure compliance with Austrian and EU travel regulations Oversee customer bookings, itineraries, and travel arrangements Build and manage relationships with tourism boards, hotels, transport providers, and activity partners Supervise legal, safety, and insurance requirements Support the development and marketing of travel products tailored to GCC and DACH markets Provide expertise on package structuring, pricing, and contracts Manage customer feedback and maintain high service standards Train and guide team members in compliance and best practices Regularly update tours on our website, ensuring the booking platform is responsive, accurate, and user-friendly Requirements Must hold the Austrian Reisebüro-Befähigungsnachweis (travel agency qualification) Entry-level applicants welcome, with some experience in tourism or travel agency management preferred Strong knowledge of Austrian and EU travel regulations Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills in German and English (Arabic is a plus) Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment Benefits What We Offer Part-time onsite role in Vienna with opportunity to transition into full-time Direct reporting line to the COO/Founder Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives The opportunity to shape and grow a cross-regional adventure travel company Closing This position starts as a part time position (20h/week) and is onsite.
