This role provides technical expertise and guidance to customers and works closely with the commercial team to promote, build and maintain business in this area. The Technical Service Manager oversees and manages technical projects, from initial customer inquiry to final product implementation and is a strong resource to the Technical Director and provides support for the Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain and General Management functions.
