- Einleitung GlobalEngineer is an innovative company in several
engineering fields that is active in mechanical and plant engineering,
development of new systems and their technologies, as well as in
testing and type testing. To strengthen our team, we are looking for
an interested and motivated technical Sales Manager. Aufgaben Work
closely with the internal engineering team to create proposals for
industrial heat pump solutions, including cost and pricing
calculations. Lead technical and commercial negotiations with
international clients through to order placement, while coordinating
with suppliers and partners. Define the project scope and establish an
effective bidding strategy. Provide expert guidance to customers on
the most cost-effective and technically optimal solutions. Work
alongside regional sales teams and build strong customer
relationships. Assist in market research and contribute to strategic
planning efforts. Develop and enhance the industrial heat pump
solution portfolio. Qualifikation A decade of experience in plant
engineering, ideally within the energy sector. Proven expertise in EPC
project sales and project management. A strong technical education
with relevant advanced training or an engineering degree, preferably a
Master's. Solid understanding of commercial and legal contract
evaluations. Fluent in English, with strong communication skills;
proficiency in an additional language is a plus. Open to traveling
(10-20%) and engaging with diverse cultures. Self-motivated,
open-minded, and independent thinker with a problem-solving attitude
and strong assertiveness. Energetic, outgoing, and proactive, with the
ability to prioritize and manage multiple sales projects, campaigns,
and initiatives effectively.
