Stellenbeschreibung: We’re Glorya, a Berlin-based AI-powered marketing start-up, building Marketing Agents that automate generative performance-marketing. Our platform continually optimises campaigns, boosts results, and learns from every iteration, putting powerful, AI-driven performance marketing within every small business’s reach, at a price that’s a fraction of the norm. Location : Berlin, in-person only Potential for equity ownership Aufgaben Own the architecture – Design and evolve our Next.js / TypeScript / Postgres stack for scale, reliability, and rapid experimentation. Ship end-to-end features – From discovery to deployment, translate product ideas into customer-ready functionality. Integrate Ad-platform APIs – Build & maintain high-throughput connectors (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) that power our autonomous agents. Collaborate with founders – Work directly with our CTO to turn cutting-edge AI research into production software. Champion quality & performance – Own technical KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and keep technical debt close to zero. Qualifikation 3+ years of professional software engineering. Recent, hands-on expertise with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Postgres . Proven record of architecting and shipping complex, customer-facing systems independently. Start-up mindset: thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and bias toward action. Passion for the latest AI trends and eagerness to push the boundary of what’s possible. Strong sense of ownership, proactive communication, and a writing-first approach.
