Drive new business by building strong, long-term client relationships with top-tier industrials in the Life Science sector. Define engineering projects and services we can offer to our industrial partners Recruit and lead a high-performing team of engineering consultants. You’ll oversee three core areas of responsibility: 1. Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients in the Life Science sector. Define and execute sales strategies. Lead business meetings with key decision-makers. Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates. 2. Talent Acquisition: Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent. Conduct interviews and assess candidates. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. 3. Team Leadership: Build and manage your own team of consultants. Requirements What You Bring: You don’t need years of experience— we'll teach you everything you need to succeed . What matters most is your mindset and motivation. Fluent in German and English. Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. You have between 0-3 years' experience. Strong interest in Sales , Entrepreneurship and Engineering. Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
