Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic team of Sales Managers and SDRs,
helping them thrive, up their game, and score big wins Strategy
Driver: Develop and implement sales strategies that turn prospects
into long-term partners and translate our vision into growth Results
Champion: Set ambitious sales targets, track team performance, and
celebrate achievements - helping each member hit their stride Deal
Orchestrator: Guide teams through complex deals, support on
negotiations, and smooth the path to closing Customer Relationship
Guru: Build strong client connections and support the team in becoming
trusted advisors to our customers Collaboration Ace: Work closely with
marketing, product, and engineering to ensure seamless handoffs and
customer satisfaction Requirements What You Bring to the Team Proven
experience in sales leadership or managing sales teams - ideally in
tech, electronics, or high-growth environments Strategic mindset:
Skilled in planning, setting goals, and driving business outcomes
Strong coaching and communication skills - you’re the positive force
that brings out the best in every team member Data-driven approach to
forecasting, performance tracking, and pipeline management Passion for
customer success and building relationships that last CRM and digital
sales tool know-how; quick to learn new systems Fluent in English
(German and French are a plus); ready to travel and engage with
international clients Nice to have Experience scaling sales
organizations or launching in new markets Background in B2B sales,
channel partnerships, or selling emerging technologies Benefits What's
