Start: Immediately Type: Permanent position Location: Berlin, Germany Tasks You will work directly with our Head of Supply Chain in Berlin on further scaling Gauder and positioning the company as a leading brand in the home improvement and DIY space. Lead high-impact projects such as sourcing new products, coordinating global flow of goods and qualifying new suppliers Analyze sales performance, predict sales trends and manage inventory levels across different warehouses and continents Improve internal processes and drive automation where possible Handle sample testing and benchmarking as well as supplier auditing Requirements 2–5 years of experience in sourcing/procurement, purchasing, logistics, e-commerce, or similar environments Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a business-related field of study. Strong analytical skills – you’re fluent in Excel/Sheets and confident working with numbers Entrepreneurial mindset – you take initiative, move fast, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1) and Mandarin (min.
