For our client, one of the world’s leading corporations in the energy sector, we are filling the following position: STRATEGIC SUPPLIER QUALITY MANAGER (M/W/D) YOUR TASKS Development and leadership of strategic programs to strengthen supplier quality and strategic procurement Management of global, cross-functional projects including planning, reporting, and budget and resource management Analysis of risks and opportunities and implementation of sustainable improvement initiatives Establishment and maintenance of a global supplier quality network Promotion of knowledge sharing, training, and best practices Development of standardized methods, processes, and digital solutions across the supply chain YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field Several years of professional experience in quality management, strategic procurement, supply chain, or engineering Proven experience in leading international programs and virtual teams Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and results presentation Proactive, self-driven working style with a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and intercultural competence Very good command of English; German is an advantage; willingness to travel up to 25% BENEFITS Attractive remuneration in line with the IG Metall collective agreement Employer contribution to the company pension scheme Working time account with overtime compensation 30 days of annual leave for optimal recovery Say goodbye to rigid vacation planning – with us, taking time off can be spontaneous!
