The tasks Lead and enhance Revenue Growth Management analytics to optimize current sources/analytics and ideation/creation of new profitability workstreams working closely together with customers. Drive and monitor RGM strategy development and execution across all CEW countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Own strategic pricing planning and tracking , supporting pricing input into commercial decision-making. Scale data and pricing capabilities by working with global teams to strengthen local analytics. Connect financial KPIs , pricing scenarios, and diverse data sources to uncover growth opportunities and drive automation. Leading a team of two persons. Your profile A degree (e.g., in Business Administration, Economics, Communication Studies, or a comparable field), ideally with a focus on Marketing. Solid professional experience in Revenue Growth management and/or Pricing with a focus on FMCG (health, beauty, cosmetics, hygiene, or pharmaceuticals) and retail / trade. Experience in complex stakeholder/matrix structures as well as in cross-functional and international setups working closely together with sales and finance. Solid analytical skills to evaluate and digest complex business processes, identify insights and opportunities and then capitalize and execute on learnings. You are a proactive , assertive , and communicative individual who knows how to persuade people. You have very good English skills and preferably good German skills .
