We're revolutionizing food and beverage ordering at events! eventbro
is a smart ordering app that allows both event organizers and guests
to manage and enjoy food & drinks without the hassle of long queues.
Our first pilot project was launched with Mastercard at Fairground
Festival 2024, and we’re backed by investors who believe in our
vision. Now, we need you to help us scale! Aufgaben Your Role As our
first team member, you’ll be working directly with the shareholders
and will have a huge impact on our startup’s growth. You’ll be
wearing multiple hats, but your main focus will be business
development and operations : ✅ Sales & Lead Generation: Cold calling
(!!), outreach, and onboarding new event organizers ✅ GTM: Shape
go-to-market strategies and oversee implementation in early client
projects to ensure product-market fit and rapid iteration. ✅ Account
Management: Managing relationships with event organizers and ensuring
they get the most out of eventbro ✅ Customer Support: Helping
organizers and guests with any questions or issues ✅ Operations:
Getting your hands dirty in everything from logistics to partnerships
✅ Learning & Growth: Work alongside experienced founders and
investors, and be part of a fast-growing, well-funded startup ✅
Cross-Functional Exposure: Gain knowledge across a broad range of
business areas ✅ Shape the Future: Help define the future of
eventbro and online booking as a whole ✅ Business Plan & Financials:
You're fully responsible for the P&L of the company. ✅ Strategy &
Vision: Driver of the company’s vision and execution across
strategy, infrastructure, and lead generation services. Qualifikation
Who You Are A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Ideally you’ve already built something —whether it was a
consulting gig, an agency, a SaaS prototype, a venture-backed startup
or anything else. Your background goes beyond Sales —you might have
touched growth, operations, product development, or client services.
You thrive in ambiguity , like to get your hands dirty, and know how
to build with limited resources and high expectations. Fluent in
German (a must!) and English Comfortable with cold calling and sales
outreach Interested in startups, business development, and scaling a
company from the ground up Bonus if you’ve hired or led teams (or
even contractors) before and can turn chaotic processes into
repeatable structures. Passionate about events, hospitality, and/or
