Your Tasks You will work closely with divisional teams to define and prioritize key focus areas for project development and implementation You will collaborate with the global automation team to establish and maintain standardized solutions, ensuring the global approach to process automation is effectively implemented across European operations, while also sharing European innovations with the global team You will plan and lead project activities that have significant business impact, ensuring the successful delivery of all project outcomes. This includes developing comprehensive project plans that define schedule, scope, and quality objectives You will partner with European leadership to conceptualize automation solutions that support critical operational areas within branches, and assist in designing and developing technologies that strengthen future business prospects You will lead cross-functional efforts to identify potential risks, formulate mitigation strategies, propose alternative solutions, and resolve challenges throughout the project lifecycle You will provide senior-level technical guidance and oversight to the Automation team, ensuring excellence in execution and innovation in approach You will apply advanced technical expertise to advise project teams and senior management on strategic planning, technical design, and implementation of automation projects You will be responsible for developing and sustaining a high-performing Automation Engineering organization, including talent acquisition, team engagement, training, safety, and career development initiatives You will manage the overall responsibilities, performance, and strategic direction of the automation function, ensuring alignment with business goals You will coach, mentor, and lead departmental employees to foster professional development, team cohesion, and optimal performance outcomes Your Profile You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering Economics, or a related field.
