Stellenbeschreibung: For a leading Swiss telecommunications provider, we are urgently seeking an experienced Solution Designer / Service Fulfillment Designer to support a Data & IP Solutions team based in Lausanne. End-to-end service fulfillment for Data, IP, and access network solutions Creation and configuration of customer lines (mobile and fixed access) Ordering and coordination of required network equipment Maintenance and adaptation of network inventories and technical documentation Coordination with internal teams and external partners Ensuring reliable, error-free, and timely service delivery Completed technical education (e.g. IT specialist, media technician, telematics technician, electrician, or equivalent) Solid knowledge of FTTx access network technologies Experience in, or strong understanding of, the telecommunications sector Structured and analytical mindset with fast comprehension Team-oriented, autonomous, and comfortable working in complex technical environments French at native or near-native level (C2)
