. As Senior Sales Manager (m/f/x) , you will be at the forefront of
our entry into DIY stores and brick-and-mortar retail outlets. Tasks
Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential retail partners to
build a robust sales pipeline. Strategic Sales Development: Design and
execute sales strategies to successfully launch our products
(RepellShield, Belly & Paw, and GoNaturals) into new channels. Account
Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail
buyers and partners. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small sales
team to execute sales objectives and exceed targets. Retail Channel
Penetration: Identify and secure partnerships with major DIY
retailers, relevant brick-and-mortar outlets, and national
distributors. Negotiation & Closing: Own the full sales cycle from
lead generation to deal closure, including pricing and contract
negotiations. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends,
competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Amazon
teams to ensure alignment and execution of go-to-market plans.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance
updates for the CEO. Requirements Experience: 5+ years of experience
in FMCG sales, placing brands into German‑speaking retail. Sales
Passion: Demonstrated passion for sales with a proactive, energetic,
and entrepreneurial mindset. Retail Knowledge: Deep understanding of
retail dynamics, especially in the DIY/home‑improvement, garden
centres, pet retail, and distribution. Communication: Exceptional
interpersonal and presentation skills, with strong negotiation
abilities. Education: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or
related field. Language Skills: Native‑level German (C1+) and fluent
business English. Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings,
