- Help us decarbonize the cement and concrete industry. alcemy was
founded to reduce the massive CO2 footprint of the cement and concrete
industry. Concrete is humanity's second most used material by volume
and its production is responsible for around 5-8% of global CO2
emissions . We are changing this! We leverage machine learning to
provide smart production control software to the cement and concrete
supply chain to improve efficiency and allow for the production of
low-carbon cement and concrete at large scale. Our software is used
24/7 in cement and concrete plants to optimize production and reduce
carbon emissions today . We are currently enabling our customers to
save more than 100 000 tons of CO2 emissions each year and we aim to
save 100 million tons per year in 2030. Requirements Your
Responsibilities Own and manage the entire sales cycle for both new
and existing customers in the DACH region. Drive the adoption of our
SaaS solutions in the concrete industry by identifying, engaging, and
closing high-potential opportunities. Conduct in-depth needs
assessments and technical evaluations to craft value-driven solutions.
Build compelling business cases that clearly articulate ROI and
strategic impact across multiple scenarios and decision levers.
Deliver impactful presentations, lead WebApp demos, and negotiate
contracts with stakeholders at all levels—covering everything from
first contact to closing, renewals, and rollouts. Monitor market
trends and competitive landscape to uncover new business opportunities
and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Represent alcemy at industry
conferences and associations to strengthen brand visibility and grow
our network. Work closely with Business Development to qualify leads
and align on targeted marketing campaigns. Partner with the Customer
Success team to nurture existing relationships and unlock account
growth. Act as the voice of the customer internally by providing
structured feedback and prioritizing needs in collaboration with the
Product team. Be open to regular travel across the region and enjoy
the flexibility of working from home or from our Berlin office. Your
Profile Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and
proven negotiation expertise. A degree in business, mathematics, or a
related field—ideally combined with professional experience in the
concrete industry, materials science, or civil engineering. 2–3+
years of experience in B2B sales, paired with a strong technical
understanding. A proven track record of successfully acquiring,
managing, and expanding customer accounts. Works independently and
reliably, with a mindset that’s ambitious, innovative, and
empathetic. Stands out through authentic presence, high integrity, and
the ability to build trust quickly. Excels in prioritizing tasks,
staying focused, and navigating challenging situations with
resilience. Willingness to travel regularly Fluency in both German and
