(f/m/x) you’ll help us build high-performing teams from the ground
up with precision, creativity, and an obsession for quality. If

You’ll Own End-to-End Hiring: Business & Tech You’ll run
full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of functions from Engineering
and Data to Marketing and Sales. You’ll define hiring plans, craft
outreach strategies, shape interviews, and close the deal, all while
owning the candidate experience start to finish. Data-Driven Talent
Strategy You’re not just intuitive, you’re analytical. You’ll
measure what matters: pipeline health, funnel conversion,
time-to-hire, source performance, offer acceptance. You’ll translate
recruiting metrics into action, and continuously improve how we hire.
Strategic Business Partnering You’ll work closely with hiring
managers and leadership, not as a service provider, but as a strategic
advisor. You’ll challenge assumptions, bring market insights,
calibrate profiles, and drive alignment through clear, direct
communication. Recruiting Infrastructure & Brand You’ll contribute
to building the recruiting engine itself: scalable processes,
interview training, DEI initiatives, candidate branding, and sourcing
strategies. This is your playground to build, optimize, and leave your
mark. What Success Looks Like You close key hires across departments
that elevate our company. Hiring managers trust you. They come to you
early, listen to your insights, and see you as a partner in their
team-building success. Your dashboards show clean, consistent funnel
health and candidate experience scores. You bring structure and pace
to ambiguity turning ideas into systems and scale. Your profile
Experienced: 6–10+ years in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in
high-growth tech, SaaS, or online business environments. You’ve
hired for both technical and business teams, from ICs to senior-level
roles. Analytical: You measure everything. You know what good looks
like, and you track your way there with clarity and intention.
Influential: You’re a communicator. Clear, crisp, and compelling.
You can push back and drive alignment, even with senior stakeholders.
Resourceful: You thrive in ambiguity. You know how to build from
0→1, solve problems on the fly, and get things done without waiting
to be told. High-ownership mindset: You don’t just "do your part,”
you think like an owner. You take responsibility, drive outcomes, and
raise the bar for everyone around you. Bi-lingual: You’re fluent in
both English and German (C1+) and comfortable working with
stakeholders in both languages. Additional languages are a plus. Why
