- Intro JustPlay is looking for our first Senior Product Operations
Manager - CRM to build and own the operational infrastructure behind
our customer relationship management system — from the ground up.
You’ll lead the design and execution of lifecycle programs that
drive player engagement, retention, feature adoption and monetization.
This is a hands-on role with high impact and room to shape how CRM
evolves at JustPlay. Tasks End-to-End CRM Execution: Plan, build, and
optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, push, and in-app
messaging — with one goal: bring users back to play, earn, and
enjoy. You’ll use compelling creative, and well-timed nudges to
drive long-term retention and monetization. Creative Campaign Design &
Execution: This is entertainment, not banking. We want fun,
out-of-the-box ideas. If a bold idea requires hacking a special flow,
just to pull it off — you’ll do it. You’re not here to follow
CRM best practices. You’re here to reinvent them. Lifecycle Strategy
& Performance : Define the CRM lifecycle stages, Segmentation and KPIs
that matter. Set up experiments, test hypotheses, and iterate based on
data to improve player engagement and monetization. Growth Through
Iteration: Own the testing roadmap and move fast. A/B test
relentlessly, push boundaries, and learn from everything. There are no
bad tests — only insights that help us move faster. CRM Foundation
Building: As the first CRM hire, you’ll lay the foundation — from
tooling and taxonomy to processes and internal collaboration. Your
work will scale with the company. You’ll think across the entire
JustPlay ecosystem — 40+ games, multiple touchpoints, evolving
behaviors — and help us orchestrate it all through CRM. Requirements
5+ years of hands-on CRM experience (email, push, in-app). Experience
in entertainment - gaming, loyalty, high-engagement mobile apps is a
plus. Strong experimentation mindset: You understand lifecycle metrics
and know how to run high-integrity tests that drive business outcomes.
Tool fluency: You’re comfortable using CRM platforms (Iterable,
Braze, etc.), personalization logic (Handlebars), and light HTML/CSS
for emails. Player-first thinking: You always consider how messaging
supports the player to play & earn more, not just engagement metrics.
You are willing to test creative strategies that are un-proven.
Self-starter energy: You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building from
