Stellenbeschreibung: Your mission As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with a cross functional team to develop and evolve our social network, nebenan.de. Take end to end ownership of a product area, from problem discovery to solution delivery and impact measurement. Define, drive and continuously refine an outcome oriented data-driven product roadmap aligned with company OKRs. Use qualitative and quantitative insights to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into clear product opportunities. Make data driven decisions by defining success metrics, evaluating impact and iterating based on learnings. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities while maintaining our user-centric approach. Act as a strong product leader within the team by fostering experimentation, clear prioritization and continuous improvement. Your profile A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in product management with responsibility for complex product areas. Experience in user-centered design and agile methodologies, with a focus on balancing business goals and user satisfaction. High analytical skills and confidence working with data to inform decisions and measure success. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a knack for aligning diverse teams around shared goals. Passionate about creating meaningful connections in urban communities while driving sustainable business growth. Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with a hands on and ownership driven attitude.
