The Senior Product Designer will play a pivotal role at Ninox working on our low-code SaaS product. Your work will have a direct impact on the day-to-day operations of thousands of Ninox customers. You will weave AI into our product, and you will design user interfaces that make complicated software products easy for business users to build. Tasks Design change and improvements that impact a large user base, making User's daily work easier and helping companies become more efficient and productive. Drive the conceptualisation and visualisation of new user interfaces within a cross-functional Agile team with Engineers and Product Managers. Find joy in the delivery of small, incremental value that has an impact soon. Care about the product over product design, delivery of imperfect value in short cycles beats polished value in long time frames. Bring your knowledge and experience of AI into Ninox to enrich our approach to AI workflows in delivering product design. Manage sideways into Sales, Marketing & Customer Success to translate user stories into user flows with UI concepts that the business can understand. Requirements You must have... Product design experience focused on delivery – you must be able to deliver defined product design solutions in Figma. You like to rapidly ship work in an agile context based on collaboration and expertise inside your product team. Experience of usability-focused user research – you like getting things delivered yet you can remind your team when user research is going to make a notable improvement to the delivered work. The ability to share work early and get feedback quickly – stakeholders and users care about product changes, so you share rough ideas early and view feedback positively. Strong collaboration skills – you understand visualising an idea through a user flow or a sequence of sketches into a group of opinionated people can accelerate understanding. Motivation to learn a complex product – you must be interested in learning how our database product works, so you can evolve it through your product design skills. Technical appreciation of front-end, desktop technologies – some knowledge of the medium you design for is essential: HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You don’t need to code, but you must be curious about how things work. 5+ years of experience in product design – if possessing less than 5 years' experience, explain in your covering letter the development of your fast personal growth into the role of a Senior Product Designer. Nice to have Experience within B2B SaaS or ERP solutions A good understanding of the low-code market Strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and an ability to react quickly to feedback and changing circumstances. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to influence without authority, sell ideas to stakeholders, and communicate clear product vision.
