We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Media Manager (f/m/x) to own and scale our paid social channels, primarily Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process: from ideation and creative briefing to campaign execution, A/B testing, and in-depth data analysis. You’ll have the autonomy to drive channel strategy, maximize ROI, and shape the creative direction of our social advertising. Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta and TikTok, aligning with business goals and audience insights Take full creative ownership: ideate, brief, and collaborate with design teams to deliver high-performing ad creatives Lead A/B testing and experimentation to optimize creative assets and targeting for maximum ROI Analyze campaign data, extract actionable insights, and continuously iterate to improve performance Stay ahead of platform trends, new features, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, and analytics teams 2+ years’ experience in paid social media marketing, with deep expertise in Meta and TikTok Proven track record of driving growth and ROI through data-driven campaign management and creative testing Strong analytical skills and experience with social ad platforms, tracking, and reporting tools Creative mindset with the ability to translate insights into compelling ad concepts Experience briefing and collaborating with designers and content creators Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Fluent in English and another European language Once a unicorn, now a listed public company, be part of our success story!
