About this role: As Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key part in the Austrian marketing team and ensure that all activities align with our Austrian brand "Lieferando” across touchpoints. From beginning to end, you’re able to plan, coordinate and evaluate effective marketing activities. Working on a range of projects, such as local campaigns and activations, you will liaise with stakeholders to ensure everything we produce has the right ingredients for Austria. The marketing team is split across Vienna and Amsterdam and will report into the Head of Marketing Austria based in Vienna. These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Lead End-to-End Growth Campaigns: Take a leading role in the strategic development, delivery, and analysis of growth marketing campaigns specifically tailored to the Austrian consumer landscape. Supply Partnerships: Partner with the Sales team to design holistic, end-to-end marketing concepts that effectively promote new supply and tactical deal propositions across the platform. Global & Local Orchestration: Serve as a key liaison between local functions (Sales, PR, Logistics) and Global HQ specialist teams (CRM, Performance, Product & Tech) to ensure seamless, cross-functional campaign integration. Execution Management: Brief and orchestrate executing functions, leveraging media buying knowledge to align specialist teams and ensure high-quality, efficient campaign rollout. Performance & ROI Optimization: Define and monitor performance KPIs to maximize the efficiency of marketing investments and provide actionable insights. This opportunity's remuneration starts at €60,000 gross (excluding bonus). What will you bring to the table? Fluent in English and German (written and spoken), expert knowledge of the Austrian market Proven media buying and marketing experience combined with a highly proactive, data-driven approach. Excellent prioritisation and project management skills with the ability to work independently. Strong presentation and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
