mrge as a Senior Manager, Advertiser Sales! Your Tasks: As a Senior
Manager, Advertiser Sales at mrge, you will play a strategic role in
developing and maintaining our commercial activities with advertisers
with brands both big and small. You will work closely with potential
advertiser clients to understand their marketing objectives and
provide tailored solutions. Your tasks include: Advertiser
development: Identification, acquisition and support of new advertiser
partners, including e-commerce companies, brands and retailers.
Strategic consulting: Understanding the business requirements of
advertisers and advising them on the best possible integration into
our commerce network. Development of individual strategies to help new
clients onboard and grow with mrge.. Relationship building with brands
and e-commerce shops: Regular exchange, relationship management and
proactive communication to strengthen partnerships. Negotiation:
Negotiation of partnership contracts, terms and agreements. Ensuring a
win-win situation for our partners and us. Cross-team collaboration:
collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing and
Technology to ensure that partner requirements are met and optimal
solutions are offered. Project management: development of new
potential business areas in cooperation with the tech teams. Market
observation: Continuous observation of the e-commerce and digital
marketing industry to identify trends and developments that could be
relevant for our commercial strategy.j Your Profile: You have a high
affinity for e-commerce and are familiar with common key figures such
as CPC, CPO, CR and KUR. You have experience in (online) B2B sales and
strong sales and negotiation skills. You possess a strong analytical
and technical understanding of online marketing, with a particular
interest in new technologies. You have very good time management,
excellent organizational skills and a high degree of initiative. You
enjoy interacting with customers and possess strong communication
skills in both German and English. Ideally, you are familiar with
