Stellenbeschreibung: Intro Together with the management of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe we are looking for you as (Senior) MS Dynamics 365 Expert (m/f/d) in Hamburg . The Neumann Kaffee Gruppe is currently undergoing a global digital transformation process in which you will play a key role in the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Tasks You ensure day-to-day operations and support the company-wide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance&Operations) in collaboration with external service providers and internal contacts You handle the administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including the setup and management of user accounts, roles, permissions, and license management You manage and maintain the cloud infrastructure in a Microsoft Azure environment and assist with support requests and troubleshooting You monitor system performance, keep an eye on possible optimisation needs and thus support the improvement of the infrastructure of the entire group of companies You form the interface to the service providers and are responsible for licence management Requirements You are experienced in the further development and administration of company-wide software solutions; preferably with MS Dynamics 365 You have sound knowledge in the cloud solution area, ideally in MS Azure You are communicative, have a strong customer and solution orientation and are used to working with different stakeholders You have a good command of English and experience of working in an international context Benefits You will be in close and regular dialogue with the management and can make a real value contribution to the overall success of the company in a globally operating family business You can expect an attractive remuneration package in the form of a 13.5 salary and a company pension scheme You can count on relocation support to Hamburg You benefit from the company's own coffee lounge and canteen (subsidised) You can take advantage of the option to work partly in remote and organise your working hours flexibly You will work in a modern, attractive office in the heart of Hamburg's harbour city Closing Click on the "Apply now" button and get in touch with us!
