As a member of our engineering team, you’ll take on a key role in this process and see your work be used by thousands of users worldwide. What we're looking for We're looking for a passionate senior full-stack engineer to join our team. You have experience working with a software product in an early-stage startup or in a company that values innovation, great user experience, and technical quality. Start : as of now! Tasks Develop and implement cutting-edge features for web-based applications. Integrate AI models and APIs into the product to deliver intelligent and personalized learning experiences Participate in every stage of the development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance. Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure a seamless user experience. Write code that is readable and performant, with good test coverage and good documentation. Contribute to an engineering culture based on high-quality code, data-driven discussions, technical innovation, business acumen, and diversity. This position has strong growth potential and could evolve into a Team Lead role, where you’d shape our engineering decisions and guide the team. Requirements 5+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript Strong expertise with Angular and/or React Solid expertise in NestJS and PostgreSQL database management Proven track record of building scalable web applications Experience with LLM application design, prompt engineering, and data preparation for AI features Adept in Agile development environments, consistently delivering high-quality features on time Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a commitment to continuous learning Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and willingness to explore new AI tools and methods Strong ability to be self-driven and take responsibility for seeing your tasks through to release Plus: WebRTC and WebSocket development experience Benefits The opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility and shape the way of an early-stage startup An exciting and fun startup atmosphere with highly motivated colleagues and a beautiful office in Kreuzberg (including regular team events) Flexible working hours & home office culture as well as the option to work remotely Extensive training opportunities are also available - we are very supportive of your development Regular team events as well as free drinks, snacks and breakfast during the week Closing If you feel like taking on responsibility from day one, let's talk :) We are looking forward to receiving your application.
