Stellenbeschreibung: At RIIICO , we’re reimagining how factories adapt to change. Our AI-powered software makes complex production environments editable, interactive, and collaborative – turning manufacturing planning into something anyone can engage with, not just the experts. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to complement our frontend team and lead the development of our web-based 3D product suite. Tasks Develop and maintain the 3D object rendering UI Collaborate with the product, UI/UX design, QA, and engineering teams for unified planning Mentor other engineers (e.g., onboarding newcomers, feature estimation) Contribute to coding best practices, code reviews, and architectural decisions Ship end-to-end: design → code → tests → metrics → iteration Requirements 5+ years of professional frontend experience (Vue.js, React), including ownership of complex products Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SASS. Strong experience with interactive in-browser 3D experiences (Three.js, Babylon.js) Deep understanding of performance optimization in 3D environments (e.g., frame rate, memory usage) Experience with GraphQL API Familiarity with testing tools (Vitest, Jest) A product mindset and a focus on the experience of non-expert users Working proficiency in English Nice to Have: Experience with CAD/geometry/point-cloud, WASM, WebSockets, or design systems Deep experience with 3D game engines Understanding of real-time collaboration concepts (CRDT/OT) Benefits Additional vacation days Company stock options Flexible working hours Hybrid Office Culture Job Ticket, Urban Sports Club Membership, and more
