Tasks Development and implementation of firmware for embedded systems with requirements from the industrial and automotive sectors Development of software architecture in coordination with other departments Independent technical management of development projects, taking into account time, costs, and quality Organization and implementation of reviews and approval of new software releases Technical management and further development of software team members Active introduction of new methods and process improvements Requirements Degree in computer science, software engineering, telematics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, etc. Several years of experience in the field of firmware development for complex mechatronic systems Experience in the implementation of safety-critical software in the industrial and/or automotive environment (ISO26262, IEC61508) Experience with AUTOSAR and/or ASPICE is an advantage Entrepreneurial thinking and a strongly solution-oriented approach Strong team and communication skills Independent, systematic, and self-reliant way of working Benefits Exciting tasks with responsibility: You will work in a varied field with plenty of creative freedom in a dynamically growing electric mobility company.
