As a Senior Digital Consultant Media, you will be a key player in shaping innovative strategies, guiding clients through complex challenges, and delivering value-driven solutions. This role is for someone who thrives on ownership, is proactive in their thinking, and brings clarity and impact into every client interaction. What you will do: Be the strategic partner for our clients in media and digital transformation projects Lead projects independently and proactively — from discovery to delivery Identify opportunities, define strategies, and translate them into actionable roadmaps Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and clients to co-create meaningful solutions Help shape our consulting offering and continuously improve how we work Requirements 5+ years of experience in digital or media consulting, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, media landscapes, and customer-centric strategies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for instructions, you initiate action Ability to work independently First experience using large language models (LLMs) in a business context Passion for digital communication and marketing technology (MarTech) Confidence and clarity in client presentations Fluent in German and English Your annual gross salary for this full-time senior position starts at € 47,600.
