Aufgaben Define solution requirements and technical specifications from design through delivery and operations Translate architecture, costs, and technical concepts for stakeholders and project teams Lead workshops and meetings to drive alignment and successful project execution Review and optimize cloud environments to ensure security, performance, and compliance Automate build, test, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability Implement monitoring and operational tooling to maintain stable production systems Design secure, scalable network, identity, and cloud architectures aligned with best practices Drive adoption of modern technologies including DevOps, serverless, and container platforms Build highly available, secure, and cost-effective solutions and mentor engineers and foster knowledge sharing within the team Profil Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience 10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in Operations, DevOps, or Production environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of business and technical systems Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments Proactive, reliable team player with a solution-oriented mindset Hands-on coding/scripting experience (e.g., Python, Java, Ruby, Node.js) as well as solid knowledge of Linux, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS or similar) Familiar with Git, CI/CD practices, and monitoring/observability tools Hands-on experience with IaC, AWS serverless architectures, and modern CI/CD practices Strong collaboration skills in international or remote environments; multilingual abilities beneficial Wir bieten Opportunities for professional growth and career development within a dynamic, international environment Meal vouchers to support your daily lunch expenses Flexible hybrid working model combining office and remote work Successfully recommend someone for the position and you will receive a referral bonus of 1000 euros.
