Ihre Aufgaben Development of analog and digital Hardware for high precision voltage and current source ATE measurement applications Simulate and optimize HW design and Concepts Turn-on Lab Prototypes and conduct characterization Measurements Develop and apply basic SW skills to operate Hardware on low-level to conduct automated measurements Rollout and support the solutions to manufacturing and customers Technical lead for DPS or PMU frontend chip selection for next generation DPS and ownership of the conceptional design of frontend functionality and features. Collaboration on definition of next DPS ASIC concept and specification to achieve highest accuracy and best usability on HLAs.
