Stellenbeschreibung: About my client A well-established company in the consumer goods industry (discrete manufacturing) is seeking an experienced SAP BW Consultant to help develop a high-performing reporting architecture based on BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud . This is a permanent in-house position in a technically advanced and stable environment. You'll work with a team of senior experts, a well-structured data layer, and BI is treated as a strategic corporate priority , not just an operational support function. Tasks Design and further develop data models and architectures in BW/4HANA Work closely with key users and business departments – you’ll be their trusted advisor, not just an executor Contribute to the reporting strategy using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Ensure data quality, harmonization, and governance across subsidiaries Support project management (both traditional and agile), architectural decisions, and tool evaluations Occasionally contribute to development tasks, troubleshooting, and key user support Profile Strong experience with SAP BW , ideally BW/4HANA Advanced knowledge of data modeling , ETL processes, and reporting architecture Interest in emerging technologies like machine learning , AI , or SAP Datasphere Strong communication skills with both business and IT stakeholders Leadership and project management skills Structured, quality-oriented mindset with a long-term vision Industry experience in manufacturing or consumer goods is a plus Fluent in German , both written and spoken We offer Permanent, in-house role €90,000–130,000 gross/year fixed 30 vacation days , plus December 24th and 31st off Flexible working hours , no clock-in system – based on trust Hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 remote) with flexible team coordination Modern technology stack (BW/4HANA, SAC), senior team, innovation mindset No micromanagement – work in a professional peer environment Budget for training, public transport/e-bike options, family-friendly atmosphere, almost zero travel (max 5 days/year) Contact Want to put your BI expertise where it truly matters?
