Tasks Build scalable systems – Develop and expand our backend architecture with a focus on performance, reliability, and security. Design APIs & data models – Create well-structured, documented APIs and robust data models for our frontend and integration teams. ⚙️ Automate & integrate – Build smart integrations with external HR, finance, and compliance systems, and automate key workflows. Think in architecture, not just tickets – Estbalish best practices and make technical decisions that balance scalability, maintainability, and product speed. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work hands-on with design, product, and engineering teams, as well as with the founders, to shape our roadmap, tools, and engineering culture.
