Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SaaS
(Senior) Account Executive Europe (m(f/x) to join our dynamic sales
team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new
business opportunities, building pipeline, orchestrating the entire
sales cycle, closing deals, and growing revenue with both new and
existing clients. By effectively nurturing relationships, qualifying
leads, and closing deals, you will drive our organization forward and
establishing Samsung SDS Caidentia as the leading procurement solution
for direct procurements. Your task: As a (Senior) Account Executive
Europe (m(f/x), you’ll be engaging with multiple stakeholders across
various departments and levels identifying pain points to develop
comprehensive account development plans By establishing yourself as a
trusted advisor and providing proactive thought leadership you are
bridging client vision and our solution’s capabilities You will lead
consultative engagements, define value-based use cases, and showcase
how Samsung SDS Caidentia redefines procurement`s role in
orchestrating direct procurement processes from early in the product
lifecycle. Tasks KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Role & Responsibilities Drive
full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing deals within the SaaS
space Identify and develop new business opportunities Conduct product
demos and presentations tailored to client needs Build strong
relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Consistently
meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas Maintain accurate
pipeline forecasts and documentation using CRM tools (e.g.,
Salesforce, HubSpot) Collaborate with customer success, product, and
marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention Stay
current on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES REQUIRED: Essential - 5
years of B2B SaaS sales experience Proven track record of meeting or
exceeding sales quotas Strong understanding of SaaS business models
and cloud technologies Exceptional communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills Ability to manage a complex sales cycle with
multiple stakeholders Proficiency in CRM tools and sales engagement
platforms Self-starter with a high level of initiative and drive
Uncompromised will to succeed (never give-up attitude) Service minded
personality Good communications and documentation skills Ability to
work in an international and multi-cultural environment Working level
English/German language skills (verbal & written) Preferred Experience
(Bonus): Experience selling to manufacturing customers in the DACH
market Familiarity with pain points of direct procurement
organizations (discrete manufacturing in particular) Familiarity with
SRM Solutions (P2P, S2C, Supplier Management) Familiarity with sales
methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale) Experience with working
