- Intro Be the first Enterprise Seller at traide AI and shape the
"what” and "how” of our enterprise sales motion This isn’t about
small deals: our AEs on average earn around €5k commission per month
on top of base . You’ll take on major accounts, benefit from a
strong inbound pipeline , and step into a market that’s been waiting
for innovation. And yes, we’re talking about customs compliance. At
first it may not sound sexy, but it’s one of the biggest hidden pain
points in global trade , with massive impact and untapped potential .
We are traide AI – a VC-backed, B2B SaaS startup based in Berlin,
using AI to solve one of the most overlooked yet critical challenges
in international trade: customs compliance. Our software automates
product classification, reduces regulatory errors, and helps customers
save up to 83% of their time. Trusted by companies like Siemens
Healthineers, Rimowa, Continental, and KoRo, we’ve experienced rapid
growth and are scaling fast and we’re just getting started. Tasks
Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to
enterprise and upper mid-market customers to demonstrate the added
value of our product and build long-term partnerships. Enterprise
Acquisition : Own the full sales cycle with large-scale accounts –
from first contact through negotiation to closing complex deals.
Customer Feedback : Use insights from customers to drive product
innovation and ensure our solution stays at the forefront of
technological advancement. Interdisciplinary Work : Act as the
connector between product, marketing, and customer success – from
shaping sales narratives to feeding customer insights into product
development. Organizational Development : Contribute to building and
mentoring a high-performance sales team, shaping sales processes and
organizational growth as a player-coach. Become AI Native :
Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate your
work, experiment with new approaches, and share successful workflows
– contributing to our culture of high-velocity execution and
innovation. Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales,
with a strong track record of winning enterprise and mid-market
customers . Proven success in managing complex sales cycles with
multiple stakeholders. Strong strategic and consultative selling
skills – ability to uncover customer needs and align them with
business value. Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, structured, and
driven to build something from the ground up. Fluent in German and
English (both required for enterprise sales). Based in Berlin or
willing to relocate; with a strong in-office presence (3+ days/week).
