This role involves managing scanning operators, troubleshooting, implementing process improvements, and maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and safety. Tasks Operational Management: Direct daily scanning operations including preparation, scanning, quality control, and data export. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage scanning operators, ensuring adherence to policies and performance targets. Quality & Productivity: Implement quality control, monitor production, and optimize workflows for efficiency and accuracy. Equipment & Process Improvement: Oversee scanner maintenance and troubleshooting, continuously identifying and implementing process enhancements. Compliance & Security: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and data privacy protocols. Reporting & Inventory: Prepare operational reports and manage the secure flow and tracking of physical documents. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; vocational training with extensive experience considered. Experience: 1-2 years in a management supervisory or team lead role within a high-volume scanning/digitization environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency with scanning equipment and software, understanding of image processing (OCR), DMS/CMS, and Google Suite. Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate a production team. Problem-Solving & Detail: Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot effectively. Organization & Communication: Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
