- What you will be doing You actively prospect and acquire new customers
through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns,
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and social media outreach You conduct
in-depth product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the
benefits and features of homify Online's solutions You develop and
maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their
business needs and proposing tailored solutions to meet those needs
You achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the
entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and
closure You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer
experience You take initiative, demonstrate a proactive approach, and
thrive in a fast-paced environment. You adapt to changes and implement
new strategies to meet evolving business needs More about you You
bring sales experience with a proven track record of success in remote
and online B2B sales, preferably in the home and living industry You
bring an in-depth understanding of marketing products, and the ability
to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical and
technical audiences You bring exceptional verbal and written
communication skills in Italian, and English, as it is our company
language. You have a customer-centric and a consultative sales
approach. You have a strong customer focus and the ability to maintain
long-lasting client relationships You know how to negotiate and close
deals. You’re confident in handling objections and finding mutually
beneficial solutions You are comfortable using various sales and
communication tools, CRM systems, Canva, Google Suite and other
