Engineer (m/f/d) France on a full-time basis through direct placement.

Responsibilities Management and development of strategic customer
accounts within the assigned region Identification of key stakeholders
and decision-makers within target organizations Ongoing expansion of
the client portfolio through structured market prospecting Development
and implementation of account strategies aligned with business
objectives Coordination and execution of high-value business
opportunities and sales closures Market monitoring to identify trends,
upcoming projects, and new business potential Communication of the
company’s value proposition in line with customer needs Maintenance
of sales data and documentation in CRM and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
Support in forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning processes
Preparation of regular reports on sales performance and business
development Willingness to travel for client visits, trade fairs,
internal meetings, and site tours Requirements and Competencies
Advanced academic background in electrical engineering, mechatronics,
or related technical disciplines Solid technical foundation supported
by a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical expertise Proficiency
in English and French, with fluency suitable for professional and
commercial contexts Additional language skills considered an asset
Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in a
technical or industrial environment Proven track record in
international roles and cross-cultural settings Strong presentation
and organizational skills, with the ability to engage diverse
stakeholders Experience navigating complex sales environments,
involving multiple levels of decision-making Demonstrated leadership
qualities independent of formal hierarchical structures Skilled in
negotiation and strategic communication Effective team collaboration
and interpersonal interaction High level of enthusiasm, resilience,
and initiative Results-driven approach with a focus on setting and
achieving defined objectives Confident, self-motivated, and adaptable
