traffic control simulation is looking for a seasoned Business
Development professional to help drive growth in the military aviation
market across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East. You’ll be part of
an innovative, international team where you can make a real difference
— with lots of autonomy, exciting projects, and room to bring your
own ideas to the table. Aufgaben Take full ownership of the business
development cycle for military sector clients in the UK, EU, and
Middle East Identify and qualify new business opportunities Leverage
your existing relationships and understanding of customer budgeting
and procurement processes Conduct customer meetings, presentations,
and live product demonstrations Understand customer needs and position
solutions effectively Lead bid management processes, including RFP
analysis, compliance, and contract review Write and coordinate
proposals with inputs from internal stakeholders Analyze pricing and
prepare final bid submissions Identify and negotiate agreements with
agents and teaming partners when needed Manage post-award activities,
from contract negotiation through project handoff Share field insights
and customer feedback with the product development team Grow existing
customer accounts by identifying new opportunities Build and maintain
strategic relationships with defense and aviation contractors to
support teaming opportunities Prepare accurate sales forecasts,
budgets, and performance metrics Support civil aviation projects as
needed Qualifikation A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and
experience (technical background preferred) 5+ years in business
development within the aviation or defense industry – or –
Significant experience in a key decision-making role within a relevant
customer organization that can be leveraged into the private sector
Preference for candidates with existing relationships in NATO or other
defense-related organizations Subject matter knowledge in air traffic
control is a strong plus Fluent in English and at least one additional
European language Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal
skills Excellent proposal writing and bid coordination abilities
Willingness to travel up to 50% Benefits Competitive salary package
