with some of the most innovative names in digital retail. About the VP
Sales role We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who
is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-moving B2B sales
team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our outbound
efforts - researching prospects, crafting compelling messaging, and
generating qualified pipeline for our Account Executives. This role is
ideal for someone with 1–2 years of Sales experience at a
high-growth company - or a self-motivated graduate with a stellar
academic background wanting to break into tech sales. Tasks Your
impact and tasks: Identify and research high-potential e-commerce and
retail prospects Craft thoughtful, targeted outbound messages via
email, LinkedIn, and other channels Conduct discovery calls to qualify
leads and understand customer needs Collaborate closely with Account
Executives to hand off qualified opportunities Test messaging and
outreach strategies to continuously improve our outbound performance
Track engagement and results in our CRM and contribute to process
improvements Requirements About you: You have 1–2 years in a Sales
Development or Business Development role at a high-growth B2B tech
company or you have recently graduated and want to break into tech
sales You are curious, self-driven individual who loves learning about
new businesses and technologies You have exceptional written and
verbal in German and English and are an engaging communicator with
attention to detail You are energetic and comfortable with high-output
environments Track record of achievement - whether in work, academics,
