As an SDR at Building Radar, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Identify new customers : Find potential clients that perfectly match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify their decision-makers. Generate interest : Initiate first contact and qualify prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Build relationships : Actively cultivate valuable relationships and generate new leads. Optimize our tools : Further develop and automate our sales and CRM tools to work more efficiently. Create sales materials: Produce impressive sales documents for events and on-site presentations that delight our customers. Requirements Communication Expert : English proficiency is essential, while German is a valuable additional skill. Motivated and Entrepreneurial : Your self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset drive you to always achieve the best. Confident and Communicative : You exude confidence, possess strong communication skills, and are always ready to fully commit.
