You’re the front line of our sales team. You convert prospects into qualified pipeline, craft smart outreach, and bring logistics decision-makers to the table — using automation and AI tooling. You’ll learn how modern B2B sales actually works. Coca-Cola, Dachser, Hellmann . Market: €500bn road freight, low software penetration → outsized leverage. Pace: Zero fluff, high output, AI-augmented workflows across the team. Backing: Funded by 20VC and Supply Chain Ventures . Tasks Identify and qualify new leads in the logistics sector. Build smart outbound sequences using AI tools & agents. Engage via phone, email, messenger — whatever gets replies. Book demos for our Account Executives and track outcomes. Keep our CRM (Pipedrive) tight and clean. Feedback what messaging sticks and what needs fixing. Requirements You’re excited about sales & a steep learning curve. You like talking to people and don’t panic when calling strangers. You love getting sh*t done without micromanagement. First experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or logistics is a plus. German fluent , English strong .
